"Decent downtown location made it easy to walk to Beale street, FedEx Forum, and the baseball diamond. Room was pretty good had some hard water and rust stains in shower and the carpet was older but i guess they are replacing it soon. Solid time. 3.5 out of 5 stars"

"I was a little apprehensive when I read a review (after I had booked) about a complain that the hotel was outdated and dingy. I didn't find that to be the case. The minute I pulled up to the curb - Deadrick took care of me and by the time I made it to the front desk, Ebony had my stuff all ready to go. The room was nice and clean. No complaints here. "The staff was super friendly throughout the entire place. We have an interior facing room which was so awesome. Hearing them close the store every night was cool. The bowling alley was better busy so definitely make reservations ahead of time. All hotel guests get a free express pass to the overlook which was a nice perk. The store is massive!
