"The entire stay from beginning to end was GREAT. The staff was exceptionally friendly, informative, and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness and fragrant smell from the lobby to the room the most. The location was a plus I didn’t need to drive anywhere everything was in walking distance. I will never stay anywhere else in Memphis again, but the CANOPY!"

"Decent downtown location made it easy to walk to Beale street, FedEx Forum, and the baseball diamond. Room was pretty good had some hard water and rust stains in shower and the carpet was older but i guess they are replacing it soon. Solid time. 3.5 out of 5 stars"

The exquisite lady at the office and the young man at the desk are very well spoken and will take care of you . I honestly love this place. If you are coming through Memphis and looking for an affordable stay. Definitely come by kings inn. You will not regret it. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the lighting in the room is excellent. Housekeepers are doing their jobs Kings inn is the spot"
