"We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The hosts communicated quickly and shared all information we needed including taxi service to and from the airport. We had a small issue and they addressed it quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we need. It is very well located and easy to walk to anywhere you may want to go. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Tirana. "

"Hotels.com clearly stated I booked a room for 2 adults & 1 kid of 16 year old, but on arrival Palazzo told us they only had a room for us for 2 adults and a baby, so we couldn't stay in the Hotel. The person behind the reception was so kind to look for a solution for us, but it was a hassle and not a nice experience to start of our vacation and we felt that the alt. room/hotel wasn't so nice looking as Palazzo. "The room was cozy and spacious. Heating in the room was good for winter and if you need drinking water, you can purchase it easily at the front desk. There’s a Mulliri cafe just 5 min walk away and the bus stop for the bus to the airport is about 10 minutes’ walk. The hotel is down a short alley but it is well lit so it still feels safe. "

"We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights, and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed during our travels. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a great location close to many of Tirana’s main attractions and excellent restaurants. We especially enjoyed the large, well-equipped kitchen and the fruit and vegetable markets right outside the building. "My measure of accommodations is whether or not I would want my mother to stay there. No, I wouldn’t want my mom to stay at this place. On one hand, great location; lovely spot in Tirana! Accommodation nitpicking: Shower needs more slope, so that water flows towards the drain. Needs a hook or towel bar, no accessible place to put your towel while showering. Bathroom needs better lighting, specifically above the mirror, I felt like I was shaving by candle light. Coat rack by the entry would be...
