"This was a nice property very close to the beach. The owner was super nice and involved. He showed us around and showed us where to eat in the area. The only downside was the shower which had salty water so when you showered it was like showering with ocean water. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel!! It was right on the beach and waking up to the sounds of ocean was magical. The room was spacious, comfortable, with a really good shower. The bed was very comfortable and had a mosquito net and AC which was great. I was only here for one night but would have happily stayed for the duration of my time in Jambiani. "On arrival we were immediately upgraded to a sea view room. Location and beach are good. Nice room with great view and air conditioning which is a must. All staff were very friendly. The chef is excellent and we really enjoyed our evening meals I would like to add that the manager Kariem is a credit to the running of this hotel. "This is the best villa we’ve stayed at. It’s right on Jambiani beach which is a really beautiful and calm beach (compared to Paje and those in the north such as Nungwi and Kendwa). It has only 3 villas with a pool, so there’s privacy and it’s quiet. We stayed 4 nights at the second floor villa (Bibi Juu) which had a large balcony where we had our breakfast while looking out at the Indian Ocean. "The hotel is OK. If you shower everything is going to get wet in the bathroom. Very varying access to electricity. The food was good and service was good. But a man that said he owned the place kept smoking marijuana outside our window, so that was very uncomfortable. It smells a lot and he would not stop even though we asked nicely. "
