“Amazing view! Property was beautiful. The host was great at communicating and fixing any problems we had. There was a nice welcome surprise when we got there. ”
“Very quiet and on the waterfront. Close to ferries, boat cruises and bus. Close to main shopping mall. In the mornings at 930am there are turtles in the harbour. ”
“Entspannte, ruhige Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr nettes, unaufdringliches Personal, ein schönes Haus, auf 3 Ebenen da am Hügel.
Ca 20 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. 2 gute Tavernen gibt es auch um's Eck.
Oceanis bietet 5x/tägl. einen Shuttle Service runter an, wer nicht gehen will.”
“This hotel was beyond 5 stars for us. It was beautiful with a gorgeous view across the street from the water. The shopping and restaurants are so close by, it makes it so convenient. A 5 minute walk to the main square. The staff is always on hand to help at any moment. The breakfast is unbelievable with an assortment of different breads, desserts and cakes. We highly recommend. We will be back.”
“The hotel is wonderful. The views from the sea view suite are sensational. It’s easily located, with ample parking on site, including on the road if the spaces are taken. The hosts were wonderful, attentive and professional. They provided a host of recommendations for local eateries, beaches and supermarkets. Check in and out process was quick and easy to do. I’d happily return for a future visit.”
“Exceptional staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Good choices for breakfast. Proper barista coffee without supplement like some places
Wonderful setting overlooking moorings. Morning sun at front so a lovely setting for breakfast outside. Small balconies with pleasant view of river, bridge and general comings and going at the front. Back balconies no view, afternoon sun.
Rooms minimalist, comfortably furnished. Small bathroom and unusual to find no tiling at all! Always hot water available with……
“We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The view and location cannot be beat. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. We will definitely try and stay here again!”
“We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. The grounds were well kept and spacious, the pool was perfect for cooling down and there were staff regularly cleaning the pool,……
“Bruna è stata fantastica.
Ci ha raggiunto all’orario stabilito per il check in e messo a disposizione uno dei suoi appartamenti, ristrutturati, puliti e accoglienti.
Super disponibile per richieste extra come asciugamani supplementari e check out fuori orario.
Consiglio vivamente vista la posizione baricentrica rispetto all’isola e la possibilità di uscire a piedi la sera per il centro di Argostoli.
”
“Location to Port and main square was fantastic.
View from the balcony if you get a sea view, amazing.
Laundry mat within 2 mins walk
Bus stop within 5 mins walk
Supermarket within 2 mins”
“Posto incantevole, ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Fronte mare, facile parcheggio. Struttura con tutti i comfort (no ascensore). Staff gentile e disponibile ”
“My studio had two balconies, one overlooking the Gulf of Argostoli and the other looked over the beautiful swimming pool. The location was wonderful for me, it is basically in arural area with continuous birdsong and butterflies. The location makes it a very relaxing stay.
The cleaning was excellent, Marianne kept my studio sparkling and she is the smiliest person. She also helped me to use the washing machine which was all in Greek.
The nearest beach is 8 minutes walk away and the walk to……
“We had such a great time staying at Piazza Suites during our trip to Kefalonia. The location in Lixouri is perfect—right in the center, close to everything. You can walk to the square, grab food, or sit by the water in just a few minutes.
The room was super clean, modern, and really comfortable. The bed was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had a nice little balcony to relax on. Everything felt new and well taken care of.
The people running the place were so kind and……
“Excellent location, Fabulous facilities. Superb staff.
What a real jewel in Agostlini. Easy to get to harbour and see turtles 8-10am daily by fishing boats. Great central location. Square comes alive at night and plenty of tasty places to eat. Cant fault this hotel or location. Great base to visit most of Kefalonia. Mountain drives are unbelievable ”
“The apartment is in a very central position in Lixouri. Ideal for the square, the ferry and all that Lixouri has to offer.
The apartment was clean when we arrived, was cleaned once during our stay - perfect for us.
It is well refurbished and had all the amenities we needed and as described.
We had good sleeps (apart from the church bells on Sunday morning but this is to be expected in any Greek town). Good bed and pillows. Excellent blinds to keep it dark.
Very nice balcony for two people……
