"The hotel was clean and remarkably quiet. It’s just a few steps from the Duomo and an easy walk to museums. We stayed in a triple room which was fairly large. Staff were very helpful. Note that there is an elevator, but it does not go to the top floor on which two guest rooms are located. The air conditioning worked great!"
