"I stayed at KOA Townhouse during my last trip to Niseko, and it was an amazing experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos on the website. The place was spotless, and the accommodations were very comfortable. The WhatsApp customer service was extremely responsive, and the host was incredibly helpful—offering to pick me up between the townhouse and the Hirafu Welcome Center, as well as assisting with moving my luggage up and down the stairs and to the car....

"We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday."

"The hotel was great, the staff were wonderful, rooms are very nice, and the breakfast was really good. The onsen was also nice, and having access to the other onsens in the area was also a nice bonus. We also appreciated the ski valet service. The only difficult part is that it takes a long time to start skiing from hinode hills. You need to take a slow carpet, to a very short gondola, and then either take multiple chairs up the mountain or ski over to the Hilton to get the main gondola. We...

"Great ski in / ski out option at Niseko Village. Many restaurant options in the hotel and at the little village close by (Niseko-Yo). It’s about a 25 minutes shuttle ride to Hirafu Village (main village with restaurants, bar, convenience store…). Large rooms perfect for a ski trip. The hotel is comfortable, but it feels a little outdated and could use some modern updates."

"Kira Kira is located downhill of the Hirafu Welcome Centre. Transportation is provided during arrival and departure to and from the Welcome Centre. I am not too sure if the transportation can be arranged during they stay as I did not try this. The room was spacious and well suited my needs. It was comfortable.
