"Very attentive Staff, courteous and helpful. The room we stayed is worth it, with 2 double beds, very spacious, Strong AC and Strong WIFI. Foods from the restaurant is very good as well. "Very nice set up. I picked this location for convenience from the airport. But after a couple of days, I moved closer to the volcano and decided to walk. For reference it’s a 90 minute walk, but it was incredibly awesome."

"The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up"

"Not walkable in that area. Nice hotel but bathroom floor leaked in rain. Chinese restaurant adjacent had incomplete menu for single diner. Limited beer selection, no bar. Room sparce but generally clean but not well repaired. Wifi did not work as per directions. Nice staff, very helpful."

"Good clean establishment we found the breakfast 3 times not hot at all and the lids left open not by the guests.. selection of food is mainly Philippine not much else, if the food was hot then 5 stars. The Manager Gerald was excellent!!!"
