"Giant resort that is far away from everything. Crazy prices for everything. The food is all terrible. They charge to use a beach towel. I paid for a dinner buffet and immediately walked in to find it was closing and most of the food was gone. They refused to give me a refund and would only give a credit for another meal which I didn’t want. A can of Coke Zero was $6 euro. If you are a big family with no taste I’m sure you will love it. The staff was all really nice though."

"The check in process was simple and friendly.Valentina was very cordial and spoke both Italian and English very well.The hotel was a boutique hotel and was filled with old world charm. Valentina booked us a Godfather tour which was amazing. The bar was in the lobby and was well stocked and close to the outside garden so we could sit and unwind after a day of siteseeing . Our room had a stocked mimibar with reasonable prices. Antonio also booked us a taxi to take to our next destination which took pressure off us trying to find a ride. Overall the staff,amenities and embiance were top notch. Ted"

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with very comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from(Sicilian specialities) .The coffee was especially excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."
