The restaurant and bar were fantastic, staff so helpful and kind, beautiful setting and comfortable bed. My only complaint was tiny bathroom. 5 stars for sure!

Once I got checked in it was a wonderful stay. However my check-in process was a mess. I used the kiosk and it said my room wasn’t ready yet, mind you this was booked weeks in advance and we arrived hours after check-in time. So I had to wait for a person to check in with and I stood there for over 20 minutes waiting before someone finally walked out to the front desk. I was already exhausted from the day’s activities and was ready to get into bed, so the wait was very annoying when it should...

The location and food are great!

I'm so sad that we were only in town for one night. My sister and I did a road trip around Scotland, and this was our last night. It was the BEST hotel we stayed in. The staff was amazing and nice. The hotel was quirky and upscale. The breakfast was delicious (the best we had eaten the whole time we were in Scotland).

Very nicely updated room. Quiet. Outstanding staff. Great central location to restaurants, shops and train stations.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The historic building is beautiful. The room was spacious and had a kitchen. Everything was spotless. The bathroom shower was large, great water pressure and temperature. The bed is super comfortable. They don't make up the rooms daily, as it is an apartment hotel. My favourite place to stay in Glasgow.

Check in was courteous and efficient, room spacious and clean, with good temperature control for cold weather at least, breakfast well worth it. Excellent facilities gym, pool bar and restaurant. Restaurant had excellent dinner menu and food was top notch.

Check in was very efficient. Joe was a great host. I will return on our next trip to Glasgow.

Nice historic-looking property. Front desk person was great! Only complaint was having to haul my luggage up and down three flights of steps to get to my room. No lift.
