Pick up from the airport went smoothly and restaurant food was very good

I recently spent 9 nights at this lovely hotel and was absolutely thrilled with the decision to do so. The room was smaller, which wasn't a huge deal given that it was really just to sleep and shower in with maybe some down time in between. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and given the key to my room, as well as advised of where it was located. It was a perfect choice to stay the night before we flew out of Milan. Friendly service, delicious breakfast, great spacious rooms and short walk to train station. Perfect stay and would recommend to anybody!

Great place to stay night before flying

I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. The young woman at the reservation desk who greeted us was lovely and helpful. Her suggestions for the day and where to have lunch in Arona were most enjoyable. In the evening, a gentleman at the desk directed us to a restaurant nearer the hotel for dinner, not near the lake. Our fault for not being specific. All in all, a good choice for a close location to the airport.

Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff. In room we found a personalized welcome note, delicious nibbles from their bakery and refreshing bottles of water. The room had a view of the lake …also a plus. Restaurant and room service was absolutely top notch. We will stop again.

Beautiful and quiet location.

I'm on a budget trip on Italy passing thru various towns and treasure hunting so when I mistakenly booked this hotel I got mad for booking a place 25 miles from Milan where I wanted to stay, as I drove into the woods and thru curvy roads I got even madder regretting having given my credit card info, as it was to late to cancel. I should have been more patient since the best was still to come.. When I got to the lobby the hotel clerk spoke very good English which made me happy since many staff...

Walk out of terminal 2 and across street and your there. After a long day traveling I was glad not having to take another shuttle or taxi. Check in was super easy .there is a bar and food right there in lobby. Yes the food was pretty good.

Very convenient if you arrive late or depart early. Easy 3 minute walk to the bus stop (it is free, between Terminal 1 and 2, the bus stop is at Casa Nouve. Nice breakfast.

Fantastic Place to stay! This is one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff is superb! All other hotel staff members should be trained by the people that work this property. The property is spotless! They did not want me to roll my luggage on their floors, that is how clean it is. Stayed in the Palace (Pink) Property.
