"Day shift staff very friendly. Afternoon shift grumpy. Called about no internet. Said they would check it. Never returned the call. No internet."

"Staff didn't activate my key. I had to go back to the front desk. They have a $200 deposit that she said wouldn't be charged unless for incidentals. No incidentals occurred. My card was charged and now I have to wait for it back. Total B S. The room was hot as hell. I turned off the heat and put on the ac. The ac worked about as good as a hand fan! Oh! And the mattress is an old spring. My back is bad. Definitely do not recommend. "

"Breakfast was plastic packaged food. On the weekend, selection was low. The room was very warm and the AC was loud and did not cool the room down. Room was clean and housekeeping was very good. The morning front desk staff were very friendly. "

"Room had waste left behind (plastic wrap, bottle caps, nicotine pouches) and coffee stains under coffee maker tray. Room had masked smoke smell on arrival. Very dated. No security door lock - looked like it had been removed. Restaurant understaffed with only one waitress. Better off having breakfast self serve."
