"The hotel was grate. Very clean and very good location.Close to all best things to see in Singapore.The view was spectacular. Make sure you upgrade to the package which includes 38th level Lounge with champagne breakfast, 5 o'clock tea and free coctails and food between 6 and 8 pm. One of the best hotel we stayed in. "My son and I stayed at Lyf for 5 nights in February 2026, visiting from America. We absolutely loved the fact that it’s inside a mall & the mall itself is amazing, can’t get any better than that, right? Oh yes it can, the location is absolutely top tier, close to all the major spots & Fort Canning park is right across the street. You can literally get there from a bridge inside the mall. How awesome is that. Housekeeping, the front desk staff & breakfast (which you get free if you’re an Ascott member - sign up is free) were also amazing. Highly recommend."

"After a long flight, this hotel was peaceful, perfectly located within the airport terminal and as a bonus, the breakfast was superb! Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. It’s more expensive than our usual budget but worth every dollar."

"For a 5 star hotel, the room carpet was old and dirty. Some parts are sticky and just give the old experience and dont look great. Some furniture was old and not furnished. Staff service can be better too"

"Staff services inconsistent, at the reception desk 2 were very nice and helpful, 1 was very grumpy. Room was clean and tidy, only the toilet area was a bit small, my head was forcibly rest onto the glass door, very nice location for sure "
