"This is a great place to stay if you have a late flight into Bilbao. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport and took our bags in bag check all day while we explored the city. There is also lots of parking if you have a car or rented a car. It's not in a location that is near anything though, so don't expect that and it would have been good to have a pool and a workout room. We could tell there wasn't a pool from the listing but I was just hoping for a workout room since it's a Holiday...

"The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a great location to access the downtown area for shopping, restaurants and beach. It was also very convenient for the train station where we arrived and bus stop we used to leave from. The room was clean and comfortable. We were happy to have a/c, the juliet balcony and a fridge!"

A quiet and modern boutique decorated style hotel, roughly 10 min drive to beach and city center hands down Sagarlore is the place. "Excellent all round, cannot fault anything. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff; light, spacious and modern rooms; and excellent food at the venue the times we decided eat at the restaurant. We didn't use the spa or pool this trip but this was not our first stay here and those too have always been excellent. Also very accommodating with our infant."

"Staff was friendly. The hotel Cafe was good for a quick bite and the staff was cool. There's a mall about a 20 min walk from the hotel. Transportation to the San Sebastián city center was pretty easy. Only complaint was not having AC in the room, but we did have a fan. "
