I did not think the bed and pillows were comfortable at all…& I think they need a better vibe in the lounge and bar area. It was too quiet. Would’ve been nice to play some lounging music. Also, the fitness room could use some improvement."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
