Could not even get a basic necessity like water delivered. Waited an hour and had to walk to reception. "

"Air con was ridiculously on a timer. Rang reception BOILING hot at 11.30pm and was told "it's on a timer, there's nothing we can do". So the aircon (despite having cooled the room down to 18degrees as we set it to, to be able to sleep) automatically sets back to heat the room up to 22 degrees, not matter what aircon temperature you set it to. Unsleepable."

"Pre flight stay in hotel close to T5, hotel a bit dated but price is still good and reflects age of property. Nice bar and restaurant with good selection of food. Definitely stay again"
