The two shower rooms were a blessing as was the kitchenette which helped keep breakfast and lunch at low cost. The staff supplied advice, coffee and a few cables/plugs."

"This is a lively hotel in Biarritz. It’s just above the old port area, a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and breakfast in the charming breakfast room was a cut above the other French hotels that we stayed in. My only concern would be that for those with mobility issues there’s a bit of walk uphill to get to it, but that’s true of most of the hotels in Biarritz. "
