"Food, staff and cleanliness was all great! My sons had a late tournament but we had to check out at 12pm. We didnt want to haul all of our bags around until the tournament starts. Thank goodness they have a luggage room where they store our stuff til later. Great job Hilton!!"

"A little confusing. Address good to the Quality Inn. The hotel is behind it but the same front desk person works at both hotels. Was pleasantly surprised with the room. The beds were new, pillows were comfortable. Room smelled fresh. Definitely would recommend "

"It is centrally located, continental breakfast was decent (coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, sweet rolls etc.) Staff was quiet but friendly along with the environment. Housekeeping was on point each day with bed making and fresh linens. My stay did not cost me a fortune. Rooms have "Safelok" door locks with a working secondary lock. "The mansion is exquisitely old with 12 ft ceilings, ornate moldings and architectural details that inspire the charm of 150 years ago. "Staff attentive and accommodating. Rooms are beautiful and cozy. In close proximity to several attractions and fine restaurants. Rocco's salad and the greens were excellent. Husband raved about the mussels. "

"Really nice little boutique hotel that was in a part of town that felt a little sketchy (but then again I don’t know a lot about Pittsburgh; it’s in the city’s historic district). Free parking (always a plus!) Great little bar. Large, clean, nicely appointed rooms. Not a bad place to spend a few days if you’re visiting the city. They may need to work a bit on accessibility. There’s an elevator but no ramp at the entrance, only stairs."
