"Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return."

"Very nice hotel located on the second floor of a cozy bar. We were a bit worried about the noise from the bar, but it closes after 23 and then it was a very calm area of London. Walking distance to most sights and the tube just around the corner. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again. Bonus points that the first drink in the bar was included!"

"The location was very good for us for our appointment, but also within walking distance to meet family in the evenings near Baker Street and along Oxford Street. Tube stations were not far had we needed them. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and there were plenty of good choices for breakfast. It was my first stay in a Holiday Inn, but I would choose one again."

Well connected with tube lines, although Tottenham Court Road is very easy to walk to. I’ve been here a few times and continue to come back - The Level is worth paying the extra for the breakfast / all day refreshments and Tapas/ drinks . Truly lovely ."
