"Low key, quiet and clean. Great location, central to the most popular tourists sites. Metro station and Spanish Steps is only a 5 minute walk. You can walk to the Vatican Museum, St Peter’s Basilica, Trevi Fountain, or even the Colosseum but I would suggest taking the metro for first and last of the those as you will do plenty of walking while you are there. Many places to eat nearby as well."

"This is an older building in a great location, it is just minutes walking distance to the main square with all the tours and other tourist activities in the old town.during our 4 weeks vacation in Italy, we stayed six nights in the apartment, nice rooms , very clean and room service very every day as your requirements.Five stars!"

"If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous. "Loved our stay at Belsiana House! The location is ideal with lots of shops and restaurants within steps. There was a good bakery just around the corner that had amazing pastries and cappuccinos. The woman checking us in etc was extremely friendly and helpful. They also provide recommendations for authentic restaurants that aren’t tourists traps. I would definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Rome! "

"We had a lovely stay at the First Arte Hotel and enjoyed the area and a Italy to walk everywhere. The hotel is gorgeous with a rooftop linge and restaurant. We had the suite which was extremely well designed and luxurious. At the end of a long day we enjoyed rh peaceful and quiet room. The staff are gracious and warm—Gianfranca and Alex were lovely! The entire office team are exceptional. We cannot recommend the hotel and experience enough for families or a romantic getaway. Grazie!! "

"Amazing boutique hotel. If you’re looking around Rome, look no further and book here. Great location to see Rome from with a lot of restaurants and shops on the historic via del Corso. Big room for families with children and the air conditioning worked great, both can be hard to find in Rome. A very spacious and clean room. "Our room was around the block from the “main” hotel. It had its own separate lobby with coffee/tea snack bar. Amazing view over Spagna Plaza and Spanish steps. A bit noisy mid-afternoon into evening, but nothing that a sound machine can’t handle. Location is 100%. Close to metro and taxi stand right outside. "
