"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. "Perfecto 👍👍👍 A friendly welcome plus a call prior to my arrival to make sure that everything was in check. Just a short walk from Adelshof station with good links to and from the Airport. Just a shame that I wasn't staying for longer."

"I like the hotel and location. We had beautifull room with great view. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."

"Ich hatte ein Raucherzimmer...zumindest das einzige Zimmer ohne Nichtrauchersymbol an der Tür und so roch es auch... Die Matratze war eine einzige Katastrophe - es lage eine dünne Matratze auf dem Doppelbett und man kam sich vor, wie im Treibsand. Habe die dünne Matratze dann mitten in der Nacht runtergezerrt und da war dann ein riesen Fleck auf der Boxspringmatratze...super. Die Nacht hab ich jedenfalls so gut wie gar nicht geschlafen. Nie wieder!"

"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"
