"Clean room, friendly staff, good restaurant! The only complaint would be the temperature of the hotel room. The hotel room and outside hallway was very warm (felt like 23-24degrees). Unfortunately, we were unable to decrease the temperature in the room using the thermostat despite it stating it was 18 degrees. "

"Nice property, clean. Room was a little cold when we got there but we quickly turned up the heat. Lots of dead space in the room but the amenities make it 10/10. There’s a pool with seperate pool towels provided and a casino with some food options in there as well."

"They need to change their lighting to a softer white as i felt like i was in an office, not a hotel room. The bed also felt a little old but otherwise a good spot!"

"Restaurants and shops nearby, staff were very friendly. My big issue was just that the entire hotel reeked of this really nauseating essential oil smell. The lobby, the hallways and even my room smelled of it. Every time I came back into the hotel the smell just hit me like a wall. "

"Room was nice and clean, nice overall design. Staff as a whole were quite friendly and accomodating. Price point was nice for location and AMAZING buffet breakfast...top resort variety and quality like Riu does best... included! I suppose bed could've been more comfortable and less mobile on a vinyl floor though, but it did not hinder the sleep. As a whole, great value. Would not hesitate to book again."
