"Very nice place , nice people clean room. exactly the same as pictures they advertised on website. Great customer service and Polite receptionist . Specially Omar and mehmet Been really helpful and they communicate English very well. Amine was really nice too. Amenities around was good. Easy to go to metro and taksi always available around hotel. The only negative was something bite my daughter so badly in last couple of days stay. "

Everything about this hotel was going great at first the entire staff was very friendly and courteous and most were fluent in English which was helpful especially being in a foreign country so far from home Newyork. The issue came three days before our stay ended i lost my wallet while inside the lobby making the line to ask the front desk for directions to the mall, that morning in particular there...
