"No toiletaries even basic body shampoo. So loud the plane every hour from 6am till midnight 1am thorough the day btaking off or landing. Very bad soundproof, even next door talk softly on the phone you can hear so clearly. Water not going down when shower and in sink Cutlery only 1 pair and still have lipstick stain on the cup. "

"We have stayed here a few times now when travelling through KK and it never disappoints. Staff are so friendly and helpful, location can’t be beat right in the middle of all the shops. There was the occasional rumble outside which I’m guessing is planes overhead but the bed is so soft it’s easy to fall asleep. "
