"Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Room was very clean and right next to an extra bathroom and kitchen. Location was really good, right next to train station and many bus stops."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying for just one night at Hotel Place Firenze, and even in such a short visit, the experience left a lasting impression. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, combining modern elegance with the timeless charm of Florence. Its location makes it ideal for exploring the city, yet it also feels like a serene retreat once you step inside. What truly set my stay apart, however, was the warm and genuine hospitality. "Fantastic Hotel and location. Minutes walk from the Train Station. Was upgraded on arrival which was a great touch, friendly staff and good choice of Buffet Breakfast. Small Roof Top Swimming Pool and Bar, which is rare in the area. Florence is stunning and great for Designer Shopping. "

"Well located hotel within central Florence in easy reach of the airport and main train station. Our red garden room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel has nice spaces to relax with a large courtyard garden. We didn’t try the restaurant."

"This was the perfect place to stay in Florence. Close to the train station and walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit. Alessio helped us so much! From holding our luggage until the time to check in, to giving us suggestions for places to eat and even helping us to get our luggage to the apartment.
