"This is a very beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful. We had a room on the 7th floor and the views were awesome especially at night. They have shuttles to the Yuanshan Metro. The breakfast buffet is delicious. They even shuttle you to the pool but you can easily walk there in 5 minutes. We highly recommend this hotel."

"We chose the Greatt Hotel for its location - 1 block from the Shilin Night Market (one of the best in Asia) and close to the Shilin train station - straight shot to CKS Memorial and convenient 15-minute bus to National Palace Museum. It is a bit spartan, but the rooms are clean and the bathroom was great. Reception was very nice and useful but did not speak English - the use of Google Translate solved all problems. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Location was excellent. Very clean room and great staff. Breakfast was substantial with many hot dishes you would expect to find in a restaurant for lunch or dinner. Given the choice, we would have preferred a simpler breakfast option of cereal and orange juice. A short train or taxi ride would take you to the Taipei City Mall. It is huge, All underground and complete with a high end department store spread over 2 floors. The food hall is incredible with excellent choices and very reasonable...

"Good hotel in the suburbs of Taipei. The area is not touristic but if you want to see the real Taiwan is a nice place to stay. Metro station is just 2min away and you find plenty of places to eat. The hotel is super clean, rooms are very good size and bed is comfortable. The area is very quiet so you will have a good sleep. The staff of polite and ok. Taking the metro will take you very quick to the main attractions "
