Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. Location is around 10-15 mins walk to lamai beach but lots of food places around. "I made a reservation in October for December 29. The confirmation email, approx. two pages long, only mentioned at the very bottom that checkin closes at 6pm. Unacceptable. That should be upfront in LARGE PRINT. Hotels.com finds it acceptable. I will no longer do business with them."
