“We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Location is good and only a 25min walk to the Haram. There is also a shuttle but the drop off location isn't ideal. The manager Hamid is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but could do with adding more options. Rooms are clean and have all the basic enemies. I would recommend this place.”
“This hotel is amazing in terms of location, cleanliness and amenities they offer. It’s really close to Gate 79 of masjid e haram which is convenient for Umrah visitors.”
“Amazing staff, great view of clock tower , extremely clean and very good amenities. If you are looking at one stop away via shuttle bus with not too much rush near haram waiting for lifts this is the place to book. Royal suite best option with kids. ”
“This place is within a 10-15 min walk from the Kaabah. The hotel also provides gulf cart/shuttle service free of charge very conveniently. The room service was awesome and the hotel staff were very friendly! Would love to come back!”
“Courteous staff, easy access to Haram. Rooms are amazing and you can’t ask for a better location. Right in front of gate 79 that is the entrance for umrah! ”
“Excellent service from Address Jabal Omar, staff were very helpful, cleaning of the room was spot on and the hotel is amazing. I was on the 35th floor looking the Kabba what a view to have it was breathtaking.”
“Very helpful and cooperative staff. Specially Mr. Saqib is very nice and helpful. Rooms are not to big but of reasonable size, specially in this price and close to Haram.”
“The location is in very close proximity to king Fahd gate of Haram making it very convenient for Omrah visitors
The hotel is connected to a mall and large selection of restaurants through its lower level
Staff are very friendly and helpful. ”
“Great stay! Taxi to haram is like £2-£4. Plenty of cabs outside. They have a free shuttle service to haram that I never used. Great staff and friendly. Will definitely stay here again Insha Allah
Breakfast more catered to Arabs and food has no label. Needs simple labels in English so people know what it is. Hotel has a large masjid as well.
Rooms good standard! Price is decent. ”
“Very close to the Haram, near by parking, 20 riyals an hour, free parking was available but haven’t tried it, I assumed it’s a bit far (maybe not), had to head back to the airport so every minute counts.
May Allah accept.”
“We loved our stay, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and amazing view of the Kaaba. Breakfast buffet had many options, highly recommended as you dont want to go out looking for food in the crowded food court.
InshAllah will visit Makkah soon.”
“This is our 3rd stay in this wonderful hotel. Hotel is partially renovated and some construction work is ongoing which doesn’t impact the guests. On this occasion we stayed in a superior room which was amazing on the 26th floor. Rooms on the 26th floor are clean and modern. Paid for breakfast but only went the once and that was down to us not bothering in the mornings. The staff are polite, professional and friendly. Proximity to the Haram you cannot beat. Will stay again in Makkah Hotel. Hotel……
“Had a great experience with the hotel staff and specially the front desk manager “Omar” was exceptionally delightful along with the other staff.
I would definitely come back here again.”
