"Never been to Watford (from US) but took a chance. Turned out to be an amazing place. Cool old UK pub and above, modern chic rooms. Ann Maria was the bartender and hotel host and she was outstanding and a hoot. She treated us like family from the moment she met us. Sean the manager treated us the exact same way. Brought my daughter, son and son in law to the pub and they loved it as well. Walking distance to Watford Junction station and a great little coffee spot called Viento just around the...

"Staff were friendly room was clean, but in rough condition. No air conditioning, they gave you a small fan which barely moved any air. When it did cool at night the window didn’t open up wide enough to allow air in.. no way to charge any devices because they have no usb plugs anywhere"

"The room was great and cosy, the restaurants, bars and lounge areas are so comfortable and well maintained. The spa is to live for, great swimming pool, sauna and steam, the relaxation room is the best, silent scented and cosy. I’ll definitely come back!"
