"I was looking for a unique experience and this is the right hotel. While the location is further from the Cotai strip, they have a shuttle bus to bring you to the strip and taipa. There are shops and dining within the hotel. This area is shared with 2 other hotels. The casino is also shared. The grand twin room is large and very comfortable and the design was very different from other hotels I stayed at. The mini bar is free. I had a personal concierge taking care of us throughout our visit...

"Don’t be misguided by the 3.5 stars as this was actually a 5 star hotel with daily cleaning and towel changes. The team at Lisboeta were very polite and would provide guidance when required. I would definitely stay here again as it was excellent value for money and close to attractions and shopping mall. A shortish walk to the nearby Grand Palace for free bus tours to various sights of Macau. 👍👍👍👍👍"

"Excellent service from the housekeeping staff and the concierge. Good location and price - walkable distance from the Cotai strip without having to pay the exorbitant prices. I also had packages shipped to the hotel without any issues. During this trip, I was working from the hotel during the daytime. Whenever the housekeepers came by, they were very friendly and polite. Overall great experience!"

"A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback. "
