This was by far the most disappointing accommodation we’ve ever experienced. The place was filthy upon arrival — so much dust, dead insects, crumbs in the kitchen, and hair from previous guests that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We immediately reported it, and while a cleaning team was supposedly sent, nothing improved. We have multiple photos to prove just how dirty it was. We booked this place specifically because it advertised a washer and radiator....

"Perfect location to explore lake como. Room was clean and comfortable with a view of the lake. Added bonus of breakfast which we did not think was included - standard buffet continental style but still good! Pool and dip pool is a great bonus for when it’s hot! A few good restaurants and gelato down the road. Not too luxury but good value for money and absolutely nothing wrong with it - don’t believe bad reviews!"

They have a nice pool area and offer poolside service with delicious drinks and snacks. The balcony view was simply breathe taking of the mountains and lake. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Bellagio area. The Hotel is about a half a mile from the main strip of restaurants and shops. "
