"Very friendly staff from reception to the waiters on the roof top bar. We had a short 3 night stay and the hotel was perfectly located for bars, cafes and good restaurants. I can definitely recommend it to any one looking for a city break in Tenerife. Also visit the Tenerife Auditorio….. a fantastic modern iconic building."

"Not a luxury hotel, but a very good one. Rooftop bar with a dj on weekends. Good breakfast with enough variation, fresh fruits, spanish omelette, eggs, natural yoghurt with muesli, etc and a very decent price. We didn’t have a view, only the light pit, but it meant that the room was quiet. The gym is tiny, but rooms quite big. "

"Maid woke me up around 9 am banging on my door, although I did not have the do not disturb sign on door because I was only there for one night 9 am is very early to be banging on peoples doors, unacceptable. She could have verified with reception if I checked out"

"Its in a central position in the city and so everything is a short walk away. Restaurants are in abundance ( there's a Japanese restaurant within the hotel). Theres a restaurant yards from the hotel called La Chahura (i think !) which is excellent and the portions are huge ! The hotel itself is spotless and the rooms are big and airy with large bathrooms and boutique decor . The tram runs right outside so it's handy. I will definitely stay here again ."
