"Breakfast was traditional Japanese faire, which was delicious and changes every day. They had 3 family onsens that you could use with your children. That was quite fun for the children. The staff was attentive, hospitable and went out of their way to make sure the guests were comfortable. Our room had a bath fed by hot spring water so we could then soak in the comfort of our room. All in all, a wonderful experience"

"Not the most updated building but functional. The location is okay, would recommend a car if staying in this area. They offer bike rental but we stayed here for three days and only saw one bike available. We had a nice view though. The bed and pillows are not that comfortable so bring or buy a comfortable pillow for a good sleep if you're staying for more than one night. "

The kitchen was well equipped with essential cookware, including a rice cooker and microwave, which made it easy for us to prepare meals. "We stayed in the Sakura room, it was absolutely amazing! We arrived before check in and the staff kindly took our bags and held them for a few hours while we explored the surrounding area (it is right next to the hells of Beppu). The room was very clean and spacious with a private indoor and outdoor onsen as well as a beautiful garden with its own cherry blossom tree. The hotel provides you with everything you need for a relaxing onsen experience! Would definitely stay here again. "
