1* Room Key Situation.
This place is perfect if you plan to be tied at the hip to your friend / Partner / Travelling companion. But if you intend to spend any time apart you quite simply cannot stay here due to a truly ridiculous key situation.
There is only 1Key and the electricity key is locked onto it so impossible to remove and the door locks automatically when closed. Good for security yes. But a quite ridiculous situation if you plan to spend any time apart.
It is not possible for 1 person to be in the room with any electric while the other person is out with the key. This would not be such a problem if the person in the room could leave the door open or someone blocked but that is not possible.
If one person goes home earlier than the other and then falls asleep you will be locked out your room and with no staff members to help the only way to get in will be to knock loud enough to wake up your sleeping partner.
They will then the following day threaten to kick you out with no refund for making too much noise late at night because you were drunk. But it had nothing to do with being drunk it was because I was locked out of my room because you made it impossible for one person to be in the room without the other a truly ridiculous situation.
Would advise the owners revise the key situation then it would be a great place to stay! "

"It's a really beautiful resort. Great pools, amazing restaurants and food, champagne bar, entertainment, great gym. The team is amazing. Service is really outstanding. Altzen - one of the drinks waiters - is so incredibly hard working. Chloe from the fitness and entertainments team is so effusive about the resort, and she made an effort every day to talk to and engage with guests.
We wouldn't normally go back to the same place but it is so fantastic we have been three times."

"Pictures/videos online almost seem too good to be true, but they don’t disappoint upon arrival. Great cleanliness in the rooms and a unique modern style to the rooms also. Food options were good, especially at breakfast and the hotel is located close to a beach (walking distance). For other excursions I would recommend renting a car. Would fully recommend and will be planning another trip in the near future. "

"An outstanding hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff. Premium drink selection all included and the food was excellent. The buffet restaurant was great and the a la cartes were better again.
Rooms are all fully air conditioned and immaculate, as was the full hotel. Highly recommended and will be back again. "
