"Thank you for a lovely stay at the Splendid Hotel. It lives up to its name. Staff were super friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, easy to access. The best part is we were warmly welcomed despite our soggy appearance and gritty bicycles after getting caught in the rain cycling from Arles. There was a safe storage for our bikes and an elevator to get us to our room. All greatly appreciated by these tired travelers. "

" A beautiful hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The smaller but well maintained pool area was a perfect afternoon siesta location and the beach is meters away! The beach bar was closed do to extremely high winds understandably. Our room was exceptional and had the perfect view of the Mediterranean while we sipped local wine and enjoyed our anniversary. 10/10 would recommend and stay again! "

"The hotel was lovely - peaceful and friendly. Very modern and chic. Staff were fantastic. Our room was ready early which was a great surprise. We arrived to our cool room to find drinks and some small chocolates in our fridge. We definitely recommend the hotel breakfast and a lounge around the pool. Staff will make recommendations and give help as needed, they even booked tables for us at nearby restaurants. The bar serves drinks out at the pool. "

"This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I may do it again as there is much I have still missed on my two trips to Aigues-Mortes. It is very convenient to the walled city and the train station which comes in from Nimes. I'd make a stay of it if you like to visit the Camargue, have good food (go to the smaller restaurants for dinner, but the ones in the Plaza are good for lunch). Rent a bike and get some fresh air and tour the region. It is flat so no hills, e-bike is...

"Great for my needs. Well looked after 3 star hotel with really helpful staff who were multi lingual including English which was helpful for me. Good location, near restaurants and the beach. Very easy to take the bus to Montpellier or Aigues- Mortes. €12 buffet breakfast not included in room price but would still recommend as is good value compared to what’s on offer from the restaurants from a breakfast standpoint. May time not quite warm enough to use the pool. "
