"Nice renovated and modern B&B. Room was ok. Bed stands were a little dirty. Breakfast was small but sufficient. We had the room towards the hill side of the house so we only had a side window with no view which felt a little like in a prison due to very little light coming in. The B&B has some nice possibility to sit outside but due to horrible mosquitos it was not possible to use this. Also this location is located around 2km outside of the city. One fast and cheap option to get to La Spezia is...

"Beautiful view from my window! Very clean and spacious room, owners very accommodating! Came late night to the train station and was promptly guided on what to do. You will need to have a car or to take a taxi to get here (taxi was $20 euros on a Sunday night) Definitely would stay here again!!"

The apartment had all necessary utensils and such and we felt like we had plenty of room. The apartment is located four stories up without an elevator, so bear that in mind, as well as some stairs up to the apartment complex. Rooms where fresh and modern, with an amazing view from the balcony over the surrounding mountains. "

"There is a grocery store and restaurant near by. She does luggage storage and check in before 10pm. She takes cc. The owner is so nice and kind. Rooms are huge for Europe and have beds for the kiddos if needed. She has a hot water water maker and there is a night light, heater a ac. The location is close enough to the train station but a little bit of a walk. There is also a free coffee and tea with a mini snack breakfast made to order "
