"We enjoyed our stay very much. The cleaning staff were excellent. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too hard. Most of all my husband and I enjoyed being able to walk so easily to many places. The pool was good. We don't swim but enjoyed getting wet and sunbathing. Loved the view. How do I joined to get the Marriott points?"

"Nice location. Slides and pools for the kids. Duke’s restaurant is very good. We have stayed here twice and would stay again."

"Cockroaches in the apartment and the patio. They offered to bomb the unit but we had to be out for an hour and then go back to air it out. I didn’t want to deal with the chemicals or the dead roaches. They should have bombed before our stay. The stove needs repairs. Only one burner worked. The pool is nice as well as location. "

"Upgraded at check-in to ocean front room. Was able to view/video a lot of whale activity with the ocean front room. Room was very clean, welcoming and well kept. Staff was excellent and pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort and will return!!"

"We loved our stay for our family of 4! We had access to several different pools and restaurants. The pool was a tad cold for my liking but the kids didn’t seem to mind. You’re right at the beach which is amazing. There’s a free shuttle to whaler’s village which is a huge perk. We stayed in a one bedroom condo and having a full kitchen was amazing. We will definitely be back! "

"Great room size. Clean and up to date. Amazing view. The Hyatt Vacation Club is better than the main hotel. Pools are better, rooms are bigger - I mean, you get a full kitchen. Which also saves money when you cook because restaurants are so expensive there. If we stay in Kaanapali again, we’ll stay here again."

"The cooking station downstairs allowed for easier food costs compared to eating out every meal and the free laundry mat helped out with the return to home. Pool was fun and they had plenty of events throughout the week like free snowcones and live music. The staff was always friendly especially when there was a problem. A great place to stay!"
