"This hotel was probably very nice 30 or 40 years ago but quite tired. Staff is minimal and I waited for over 30 minutes to checkin. Then went down to use the spa at 1800 and no people were around. No towels. Another guest said after 1800 it was necessary to go to the front desk for towels. No staff around for another 30 minutes. Several of the spa facilities were shutdown or not functioning. The whole reason I went to this hotel was that it was rated as 4 star!! It was far from a 3...

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Hofmann zur Mühle Garni. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great selection to start the day. The room was charming and comfortable, and the central location made it easy to reach both the train station and the old town on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. "The staff at Hotel Diana were wonderful and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was a lovely spread of a European continental breakfast with meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, and fruits. The staff kept it well stocked and clean throughout the breakfast service. They surrounding area of the hotel had a wonderful view - we enjoyed watching the sunset from the hotel the evenings that we were here. Would definitely recommend it to others and return for another stay! "

It's not very guest oriented that we always have to sit at the same designated table in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and are not allowed to change, even we asked several times!
