"I stayed at this hotel almost every time I come to Tokyo and I travel to Tokyo a lot. This hotel is conveniently located next to ikebukuro station. Although the rooms are on the smaller side the location is what matters to me. "

"This property was so great! Literally 5 metres from a local grocery store and next to it a 711. Very pleasant 5 min walk to the train station. The property inside was also great, lots of room for a family of 5 and could accommodate twice that. Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon! Thanks "

"The room was clean and very well equipped. This is not a hotel per se. More of an air b&b type room. Our only issue was the location. The neighborhood was safe & nice but not the area displayed on the map. We were about a 30 minute walk from where we expected to be staying."

We only received 1 towel for 2 nights for each person, we requested more but did not get an answer from the host. The area was good though, located close to the station and convenience stores. The washroom was really tight and there was leakage in the pipes. Cleanliness was not the best. Our neighbours were great though!"
