"Staff were professional, friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, to lots of walkable amenities. It is located on the 18th floor, however, the view from the 39th floor to the 46th is immaculate. Hotel is clean, well taken cared of. The room was beautiful, spacious and view was amazing. This is one hotel that deserves another stay when back in Tokyo."

"The comfort double room was tight like most Tokyo hotels are but it was clean with good amenities. Front desk staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. They have luggage storage on site. Hotel was close to a subway station. Plenty of 7-11 and Family marts nearby. It is located in a quiet area away from the noise of Shinjuku."
