"The stay here was lovely, spacious room with a kitchen even laundry washer. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk however they left a number I can reach in case I ever needed anything, they always got back to me in a timely manner. Grocery store just a 5 minute walk down the street, I would stay here again as the room was spacious and could accommodate multiple people if needed. Recommended"

"The hotel staff were polite and helpful. Location is very convenient, a short less than 5 mins walk will take you to the trains line that brings you around Osaka. Many 24hrs convenient stores. Just that the toilet is small. "

"This is a great place to stay for a couple days. Its right next to a bunch of intersting places and about a 30 min walk from dotenbori. The room had enough space for me and my things, and great amenities. I'd recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area."

"Staff are wonderful. Room is comfortable, however, bed is hard. Bathroom is decent though shower water flow was a little sensitive. Breakfast is delicious though can have a little more variety of dishes."

"Little too far from the station and there's no convenience store, cafe or shop nearby. This hotel seems new, but it doesn't make it a great hotel automatically. The pillow was too stiff, the room was too dry. We didn't sleep well. Oh, and there's no YUKATA. You need your own pyjama to stay here! The front staff was okay but he didn't appear to be too experienced in the business. Could do better for the price we paid. "
