"Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Very safe, with great security measures. Our unit had a washer machine which was a big plus. Nice, comfortable beds. "

"Location was only a 5minute walk to the beach. There was few parking spots however were full both days we stayed therefore we had to look for street parking. Checking in was easy but there were no internet. We emailed the host on second day but never heard back. The unit is small but sufficient for a 2 night stay. The kitchenette was useful and the pull-out couch was actually quite comfortable. "

I found the constant messaging a little annoying, and also the check-in process was confusing. I had to call to ask what I was to go, for them to send me an email (I never received the first email)"

I sent emails, used the Contact Property option via hotels.com, called the office number several times but there was no response.
