"Really well located hotel, close to the beach and central Cannes - everywhere is walkable. Great room, lovely staff. Best bedding and the cleaning team kept our room spotless. Some road noise, but you’re effectively in central Cannes so only to be expected. Would stay again."

"Very centrally located hotel in a quiet area just 5 min walking distance to the Bd de la Croisette. Nice lounge area with coffe/drinks. Spacious rooms with all amenities needed. I did not try the breakfast or used the spa facilities. For breakfast we used the nearby cafees. "

Location is perfect for visiting Cannes, a short stroll across the road and you are in amongst the shops, bars and restaurants with the beach a stones throw away. Would return to this hotel again."

"Wow, what a find! Steps from the beach/Boulevard de la Croisette, free parking on site, and friendly staff, all for an incredible price. I enjoyed popping down for a morning swim in the mornings — even without a towel, as it was 2 minutes away. The staff on site were incredibly helpful in giving us directions to the main sites and train station for Monaco—all an easy walk away. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, a rare find indeed. "
