"Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."

"Ein tolles Hotel, wir kommen sicher bald wieder! Extrem freundliches und aufmerksames Team. Saubere große Zimmer, ein schöner Wellnessbereich, Innenschwimmbad (ca. 30 Grad), der Außenpool war bei 10-15 Grad Tagestemperaturen verständlicherweise nicht mehr beheizt. Auch zwischendurch haben wir jederzeit Snacks, Toast und heißenGetränke bekommen. Auch 2 (11 kW) Ladeanschlüsse sind in der Tiefgarage, und da kann tatsächlich zu sehr fairen Preisen geladen werden. "Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...
