"Property from outside looks okay; however, once in the room: - First night, bed cover was unclean, there were stains /blotch/ spot on the bed cover, small cockroach on the bed, crawled into my legs. OMG! I immediately requested another room, still stains on the bed cover on the other room. Looked again the next room, until finally got okay. - No phone on the room, so no straight connection to the Front Desk, so I went down to FD. They explained there was an emergency phone in the hallway to...

"The hotel was older but was fairly comfortable. I really liked the downstairs breakfast as it had a lot of variety of Indonesian foods to try. Getting Grab transportation from the lobby area was also really easy. Only thing is not much to do in the immediate area within walking distance."

"Unfortunately, this particular room was very noisy from the main road facing the room. I was unable to have a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay at the hotel. Upon check-in and entering the room, the bathroom had an awful smell which I had to clean it myself. However, the smell from the drainage remain. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was leaking. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with sufficient varieties from local and western food."
