"We stayed here, as an old married couple for approx 2 months. You can't get any more convienant to an old school Bangkok neighborhood. Wongwian Yai is a great place to settle. Safe yet busy and fun. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. And, this is so important, and I'm so grateful for it, they brought us 2 bottles of water everyday! "Ideally located very close to the river, to Jacks Bar, Icon Siam Shopping Mall, river boat and city rail transport links. Ban Rak food market is just around the corner behind the Shangri La hotel with an excellent range of local food. Expect to eat for less than £5 for two people. The Bossotel is an ideal hotel for a few days stay after arriving in BKK or before departure. Highly recommended. "
