"Located less than 10 mins walk from Petaling Street Chinatown, also less than 10 mins walk to the LRT / MRT station. No issues during my stay, friendly staff and Wi-Fi worked. Room cleaning services not provided daily so do clarify when checking in so you are aware. A gym with a few machines and some weights. Washing machines and dryers on-site, pay at reception for token (around MYR 22), washing liquid included. My first stay at this hotel and I was happy with it. "

"Good Central location with subway and train station near by. Capsule is good for privacy but not so for ventilation. Not all functions work in my capsule. if area is ok for you, and the price is reasonable then go."

"Very nice staff. Rooms are very good w AC and nice in room bathroom. Excellently situated almost in the Masjid Jamek Station. 10-20 mins via LRT MRT to n from any place- Bukit Bingtang KLCC Batu Caves Thean Hou KL Sentral Merdeka etc.. Most importantly walkable within 20-30 mins from anywhere in KL after midnight.Safe neighbourhood- as is all KL. Highly Recommended. "

"Overall, very good location! 5mins walk to the nearest LRT. Only 4 stops to KLCC Suria station. Room is clean, good sound proofing and well equipped. Just one suggestion, the shower hot and cold water isn't clearly marked. It looks like the marker indicator have worn off. And the pressure is too strong on first use.Cosmo Hotel KL is an easy recommendation for anyone staying in Malaysia city centre for a few days!"

"I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff is very supportive, and the Hotel is very well-located. In a few minutes, you can easily reach the central market, Chinatown, subway station, and various places for eating. From this hotel to Petronas Tower, there are just two subway stations. I highly recommend this hotel. Since the entrance the staff welcomes you with a great smile."

There was a window without a shade or any window covering, the shelf in the bathroom was broken, there were stains on most of the towels and linens (as well as on the tray in the room) and one of the lights was broken. It would also have been nice to include some hangars in the closet, a safe, and more than half a roll of toilet paper. With a few improvements I think the hotel would be a good...

"eventhough i already pay full payment via expedia n its successfull, the hotel staff still ask me to give them prove about the itinerary comfirmation from expedia.. they said there is no such booking eventho i alrdy give them prove. so i have to email expedia and report about it, i wait for so long at the counter. thank god expedia management deal with the hotel manager and they problem settle. acctually this is second time this happend and im very dissapointed with the hotel management."

"The Lavana hotel was in a great location. Near central market and in the heart of Chinatown. The hotel was a little dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable value for money. The area was one of the homeless hotspots at night. They were not a problem and kept themselves to themselves. Nice people going through hard times. I would consider staying again. "

"Had to switch room two times because of bad noise isolation in the windom (too loud sounds coming in from the street) and a hole in the roof in the bathroom. Third room turned out well. Great service from the friendly staff though!"
