"Was a very good stay. Room was very good and quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. The the buffet breakfast selection was big and ranged from traditional Indian to continental. There were also a few resturants withing minutes walk like the Persian Darbar."

"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit...

"Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

"We stayed for 3 nights ,lodging is not worth for NRI no staff only one attendant 24hrs no room space no housekeeping linen also dirty no restaurant .Lodging entrance look chawl difficult to locate Rats moving freely outside hotel.This lodging only fit for bachelor should be rated below 2"
