"I stay in Dhaka often and this was my first time at the Westin. The Buffet was mediocre and the hotel was very busy and not in a good way. As a female solo traveller for work I prefer other hotels in the area as they are more attentive to guests. "
"Everything at the hotel was amazing, including the staff. However, both TVs in the living room and in the bedroom was horrible. Needed TV Internet was working or any streaming channels, including YouTube. I called maintenance workers to come fix it, but it was a total disaster. I was told by the staff at the hotel those TVs are 15+ years old. That is not a good look. At this point, they should throw those TVs away because it’s embarrassing."
"The cleaning staff stole my money from the room and hotel management did not do anything about it.
The room was noisy and full of cigarette smell even the room was non smoking. Bathroom was dated and shower did not work either. Rubbish hotel with rubbish staff. Will avoid this like plague in future. "
"The best hotel in Dhaka! Lovely rooms, excellent rooftop pool and fabulous staff. The outdoor restaurant on the top floor is excellent. The best steak dinner I’ve ever had.
