I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. "If front office would insist on checking in guests via the computer set up at the lobby, maybe they should add another set up for when a guest’s reservation verification is taking a bit of time. Two machines should be ok. Very helpful and warm staff. We booked a suite, which is really spacious. The room assigned to us smelled like sewage, though. The room air freshener can’t mask the smell. Location is very good. Robinsons Magnolia is a great mall with excellent dining options. "

"The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is quiet and it's near very nice cafes. The price is also just right. The wifi inside my room was weak, but the wifi in the lobby was strong enough to conduct online classes and meetings. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay!!"

"Stayed 4 nights in October 2024. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. All of them from front office to restaurant and doorman are very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. The property and location itself is good. The only downside is the drain in the shower. Water is accumulating on the shower floor while showering; it drains but not fast enough so that your feet is not soaked in the water. Cony from Canada "
