"Location is acceptable. Quiet street but felt safe. Flat was big enough. It was clean. Washing machine is a big advantage. There was a small detergent as well.There is a special control unit for drying laundry inside bathroom which worked well. Only negative side is that there is not a cloth hanger inside. We hanged our clothes on bathtub curtain pipe. Free coffee tickets from the cafe at entrance was nice. They tasted good. "

Rooms are not the biggest, and to be honest, still can't open luggage all the way, but given the overall room and bed size, the stay here was very comfortable and more than made up for it. Nice to have a small selection of food and drinks in the lobby, with convenience stores close by. Cheap and practical laundry room was also good. A short walk to the train station and a lot of action. Very comfortable stay- Recommended. "

"The Staff was friendly, location is excellent, close to department stores and shopping. Hotel is in btw to train stations and access to both is short walking distance. (Namba station and Shinsaibashi Station. Has Laundry on site and Spa on top floor with great views. We had the room with 3 beds. Decent size for Japan trypically"
